Tight, clear panels that stay that way

Pool Enclosure Rescreening in Palm Beach & Martin County

A pool enclosure is only as good as its screen. Once panels start sagging, tearing at the spline, or letting no-see-ums through, the whole cage stops doing its job — and South Florida sun and salt air only accelerate the decline.

The Service

What This Covers

We rescreen pool enclosures every day, from single blown-out panels to complete tear-offs of two-story cages. Every rescreen uses Phifer 18/14 mesh (the tighter weave that actually keeps no-see-ums out), fresh UV-stable spline, and proper tensioning so panels drum-tight today are still drum-tight in year five.

What’s in the Job

Full cage rescreens

Complete removal of old mesh and spline, frame inspection, and new screen on every panel — walls and roof.

Partial rescreens & single panels

Storm damage or one failed panel? We match mesh type and tension so the repair disappears into the cage.

Phifer 18/14 no-see-um mesh

Standard on every job at no upcharge — the tighter weave coastal homes need, not bargain 18/14-labeled imports.

New spline throughout

Old spline is brittle spline. We never reuse it, so panels stay seated instead of popping out in the next blow.

Frame & fastener inspection

While the mesh is off we flag corroded screws and soft aluminum before they become a bigger repair.

Complete debris cleanup

Old screen hauled away, deck blown off, pool skimmed of anything we dropped. You get a finished cage, not a project.

Why It Matters

Signs It’s Time

Screen mesh in coastal Florida has a working life of roughly 7–12 years. Here is how it tells you it is done:

  • Panels visibly sagging or "bellying" in the roof sections
  • Tears and holes that reappear near the spline after DIY patching
  • Mesh that has gone brittle and gray — it crumbles when pressed
  • No-see-ums getting through mesh that used to stop them
  • Spline shrinking or pulling out of the channel at the corners

Pricing, Straight Up

Most partial rescreens run a few hundred dollars; full pool cage rescreens typically land between $1,500 and $4,500 depending on cage size, roof height, and mesh choice. You get a firm written number before any work starts — and our Best Price Guarantee means a legitimate lower quote gets beaten, not matched.

5-Year Craftsman Warranty

Every pool rescreening job is backed by our written 5-year warranty on workmanship — if our work fails, we fix it free. Paired with the best price guarantee, there is no cheaper way to do it right.

How It Works

Our Process

  1. Walk-through & count

We measure the cage, count panels, check the frame, and quote a firm number — usually within 24 hours of your call.

  2. Strip & inspect

All old mesh and spline comes out. We inspect every channel and flag any fastener or frame issues before new screen goes in.

  3. Rescreen & tension

New Phifer mesh is rolled in with fresh spline, panel by panel, tensioned evenly so nothing ripples or drums loose.

  4. Final walk & cleanup

You inspect every panel with us. We haul the old screen away and leave the deck cleaner than we found it.

FAQ

Pool Rescreening Questions

How long does a full pool enclosure rescreen take?

Most single-story cages are finished in one day. Large or two-story enclosures usually take two. We confirm the schedule in your written estimate so there are no surprises.

Should I rescreen the whole cage or just the bad panels?

If the mesh is under about 7 years old and only a panel or two failed, partial rescreening makes sense. If panels are failing across the cage, the rest of the mesh is the same age and full rescreening is cheaper than paying trip charges panel by panel. We will tell you honestly which situation you are in.

What screen mesh do you use on pool enclosures?

Phifer 18/14 no-see-um mesh is our standard, with 20/20 super screen, pet-resistant, and solar shade mesh available on request. We do not install bargain-bin mesh under any label.

Is the rescreen really covered for 5 years?

Yes — our written 5-year craftsman warranty covers workmanship on every panel we screen. If spline lets go or a panel we installed loosens, we come back and fix it at no charge.
