Pricing
Do you charge for estimates?
No — every estimate is free, written, and firm. The number you approve is the number you pay, and our best price guarantee means a lower written quote from a licensed competitor gets beaten.
Do you offer discounts for multiple repairs at once?
Yes. Mobilization is a real cost, so bundling panels, doors, and window screens into one visit always prices better than separate calls — as does booking with neighbors.
What screen is best if my dog keeps tearing the lanai?
Pet-resistant mesh (a heavier vinyl-coated polyester) on the lower panels solves it for most homes. It costs a little more per panel but survives claws that shred standard fiberglass instantly.
Should I repair my screen door or replace it?
If the aluminum frame is straight and free of serious corrosion, a rebuild — hinges, closer, sweep, and fresh mesh — restores it for a fraction of replacement cost. If the frame is bent or rotted at the corners, replacement is the honest answer, and we will say so.
Can I spread the restoration over phases?
Yes — the line-item quote makes that easy. The usual phasing is structure and fasteners first (the safety items), then refinish and rescreen. We will sequence it so no phase undoes an earlier one.
How much does pool screen repair cost in Jupiter, FL?
Single panels typically start around $60–$90; full pool cage rescreens in Jupiter usually run $1,500–$4,500 depending on cage size and mesh. Every quote is written and firm before work begins.
Is my older Tequesta pool cage worth restoring?
Usually, yes. Older Tequesta enclosures were often built with heavier aluminum than modern budget cages. If the structure is sound, a restoration — fasteners, repairs, refinish, rescreen — delivers a near-new cage for a fraction of replacement cost.
How much does it cost to rescreen a pool cage in Palm Beach Gardens?
Typical Gardens cages run $1,500–$4,500 for a full rescreen depending on size and mesh choice. Golf-ball panel repairs are usually a modest single-panel charge — and worth doing fast before weather widens the hole.
How much does patio screen repair cost in West Palm Beach?
Single lanai panels typically start around $60–$90 installed; whole-lanai rescreens and pool cages are quoted flat in writing. Multi-panel visits drop the per-panel price.
Do you repair the original window screens on older West Palm homes?
Yes — re-meshing and frame rebuilds on mid-century windows in Flamingo Park, Northwood, and El Cid are regular work for us. It is done on site, and whole-house packages price far better than screen-by-screen.
My community’s cages are all aging at once — do you do neighborhood pricing?
When several neighbors book together in communities like Andros Isle or RiverWalk, shared mobilization genuinely lowers cost — ask about grouped scheduling when you call.
Can you match the bronze frame on our loggia screens?
Yes — bronze frame stock, matching spline, and mesh appropriate to the original work. Repairs on custom enclosures should disappear, and that is the standard we quote to.
How much does screen repair cost in Lake Worth Beach?
Patio panels typically start around $60–$90, window re-meshing around $25–$45 per screen on site. Everything is quoted in writing first, and grouped repairs price better than single visits.
How much does it cost to rescreen a pool enclosure in Boynton Beach?
Most Boynton cages run $1,500–$4,500 for a complete rescreen depending on size, height, and mesh. If only a few panels are gone, we will quote the partial honestly — full rescreens are only recommended when the mesh age justifies it.
Several homes on our street need screen work — can we book together?
Please do. Shared mobilization in communities like Aberdeen or Canyon Lakes genuinely reduces per-home cost, and one scheduled week covers everyone.
How much is pool screen repair in Delray Beach?
Panels start around $60–$90; complete cage rescreens usually land between $1,500 and $4,500. East-of-Intracoastal homes should budget for stainless fastener replacement too — it is the fix that makes the rescreen last.
How much does it cost to rescreen a large two-story cage in Boca Raton?
Two-story enclosures typically run $3,000–$6,500+ for a full rescreen depending on footprint and roof design. It is a firm written number after we walk the cage — never a per-panel surprise afterward.
How much does pool cage rescreening cost in Stuart?
Full rescreens in Stuart typically run $1,500–$4,500 depending on cage size and mesh; riverfront homes should pair it with stainless fastener replacement, quoted flat after a screw-count audit.
Is Martin County pricing different from your Palm Beach pricing?
Same price book, same materials, same warranty. The 772-222-5122 line just routes you straight to the crews that work Stuart and Hobe Sound daily.
How much does screen repair cost in Hobe Sound?
Single panels typically start around $60–$90; full rescreens run $1,500–$4,500 by cage size. Jupiter Island and waterfront work is quoted after a walk-through, with marine-grade hardware specified as standard.
Process
How do I get started?
Call your local line or send the quick estimate form. We look at the job (photos often suffice for small repairs), deliver a written quote — usually within 24 hours — and schedule once you approve it.
Do I need to be home during the work?
For exterior enclosure work, usually not — we just need access to the cage or patio. We confirm arrangements when scheduling, and you always get a final walk-through.
How long does a full pool enclosure rescreen take?
Most single-story cages are finished in one day. Large or two-story enclosures usually take two. We confirm the schedule in your written estimate so there are no surprises.
How fast can you get to a patio screen repair?
Most estimates happen within 24 hours and most repairs within a few days. Storm-season demand can stretch that, which is why calling at the first tear beats calling after the tenth.
Do you fix sliding patio screen doors too?
Yes. Worn rollers and bent tracks cause most slider problems and both are repairable. If the slider frame is beyond saving, we install new sliding screen doors sized to your track.
Can you make my screen door close more softly?
That is a closer adjustment or replacement — a quick fix we can usually handle the same visit, along with a latch alignment so it catches every time.
Can a storm-damaged pool cage be repaired, or does it need replacing?
Most wind damage — racked frames, a few bent members, blown panels — is very repairable. Replacement only makes sense when primary structural members are failed across the cage. We give you a straight assessment either way.
Do you repair window screens at my house or take them away?
At your house — the truck is the workshop. Only fully fabricated new frames are built off site, and those are usually delivered within a few days.
Can you match my existing screen frames?
Almost always — white and bronze frame stock in standard profiles covers the vast majority of Florida windows, and corner hardware is matched to your originals.
Restoration vs. replacement — how do I know which my cage needs?
The skeleton decides. If the primary structure is sound (most are, even ugly ones), restoration delivers a near-new cage for a fraction of replacement. If primary members are failed throughout, we will tell you replacement is the honest answer — restoring a doomed frame helps nobody.
How long does a full enclosure restoration take?
Most run two to four working days depending on cage size and how much structural repair is in scope. You will have the schedule in writing before we start.
How quickly can you get to a Tequesta repair?
Our Jupiter/Tequesta crews are in the area weekly. Most estimates happen within 24 hours and most repairs within days, outside of post-storm surges.
Do you coordinate with property managers and estate staff?
Routinely. We can schedule through your property manager, provide insurance documentation in advance, and work around household schedules.
Can you make screens for the odd-sized windows on my older Lake Worth home?
Yes — custom fabrication is normal work for us. We measure each opening and build frames to fit, matched to your existing color and hardware. Historic cottages are why we carry frame stock on the truck.
A branch tore my cage roof panel — how fast can it be fixed?
Call 772-222-5122 and we prioritize open-roof damage, since one torn roof panel becomes several in the next storm. Most such repairs in Hobe Sound happen within days.
Warranty
What exactly does the 5-year craftsman warranty cover?
Workmanship on everything we install: panels that loosen, spline that lets go, hardware we mounted that fails. It is printed on your estimate and invoice — not a verbal promise.
Is the warranty transferable if I sell my home?
Yes — the warranty follows the enclosure, not the owner, which makes recent Coastal work a nice line item in a home sale.
Is the rescreen really covered for 5 years?
Yes — our written 5-year craftsman warranty covers workmanship on every panel we screen. If spline lets go or a panel we installed loosens, we come back and fix it at no charge.
Does the 5-year warranty cover the whole restoration?
Yes — workmanship across the entire scope: fasteners, repairs, refinish, and every rescreened panel.
Materials
What makes your materials "premium"?
Phifer screen mesh (the real thing, not lookalike imports), marine-grade stainless steel fasteners, and UV-stable spline. Cheaper materials are the main reason screen repairs fail early — we simply do not install them.
Should I rescreen the whole cage or just the bad panels?
If the mesh is under about 7 years old and only a panel or two failed, partial rescreening makes sense. If panels are failing across the cage, the rest of the mesh is the same age and full rescreening is cheaper than paying trip charges panel by panel. We will tell you honestly which situation you are in.
What screen mesh do you use on pool enclosures?
Phifer 18/14 no-see-um mesh is our standard, with 20/20 super screen, pet-resistant, and solar shade mesh available on request. We do not install bargain-bin mesh under any label.
Can you repair just one torn patio screen panel?
Absolutely — single-panel repairs are one of our most common calls. No job is too small, and we will match the new mesh to your existing panels.
My pool cage screws are rusting — is that structural?
It is the start of it. Rusted fasteners fail long before the aluminum around them, and they are the cheapest structural fix there is. See our rusted screw replacement service — it is the single best preventive investment a cage owner can make.
Why is the aluminum corroding at the bottom of my cage?
Pool chemicals, sprinkler water, and salt air all concentrate at the deck line, and that is where dissimilar-metal contact with anchors happens. It is the first place every South Florida cage goes — and the most important place to catch early.
Why did the screws rust when the aluminum cage did not?
Most builders used carbon-steel fasteners with a thin coating. Salt air eats the coating, then the steel — while the aluminum around it survives. Replacing them with stainless removes the weak link entirely.
How many screws does a typical pool cage have?
More than most owners believe — a mid-size cage commonly has 1,500 to 3,000 fasteners. That is why this is a specialized service call and not a weekend DIY project.
Do rusted screws really matter if the cage looks fine?
Yes. Cages fail in wind at the connections, not the middle of a beam, and a rusted fastener has a fraction of its rated strength. Insurance adjusters look at fastener condition after storm claims for exactly that reason.
Will kick plates block the breeze on my patio?
Barely — plates cover only the bottom 12–24 inches of chosen panels, well below seated head height. Airflow through the rest of the enclosure is unchanged.
Can kick plates be added to an older enclosure?
Yes, they retrofit onto virtually any aluminum cage regardless of age. If the lower frame has corrosion we will flag it first, since plates should anchor into sound metal.
Do kick plates come in colors other than white?
Bronze and white cover nearly every South Florida enclosure, and we match yours. Other finishes can be ordered when needed.
What is Florida Glass, exactly?
Standard screen mesh laminated with a translucent vinyl layer. It passes light like frosted glass but blocks all view, wind-blown debris, and most splash — which is why it is also popular on lower panels near lawns.
Does privacy screen make the patio hotter?
No — if anything the opposite. Dense mesh blocks solar gain, and Florida Glass panels are usually placed on sightline walls rather than overhead, so ventilation stays intact.
Can I mix privacy screen with my existing panels?
Yes, and almost everyone does. Privacy material goes only where sightlines demand it; the rest of the cage keeps standard mesh. The frame color ties it together visually.
Fiberglass or aluminum mesh for window screens?
Fiberglass is standard: it does not dent or crease and it is kinder in coastal air. Aluminum mesh is available where extra rigidity matters. Near the water we usually recommend fiberglass, and we will advise per window.
Why do screens near the Jupiter Inlet wear out faster?
Salt-laden air degrades both mesh and coated-steel fasteners well before their inland lifespan. Homes east of US-1 should have fasteners inspected around year five — it is a far cheaper visit than a structural repair.
Do you repair window screens in Tequesta too?
Yes — window screen re-meshing and rebuilds are done on site at your home, and whole-house packages are popular in the Country Club area where original screens are all the same age.
Can you add privacy screening on panels facing the golf course?
Yes — dense privacy mesh or Florida Glass on the fairway-facing wall is one of our most-requested Gardens jobs. It blocks the view from the cart path without changing the cage structure, which keeps HOAs happy.
Why do screen fasteners fail so quickly on Palm Beach island?
Double-sided salt exposure. Airborne chloride attacks coated-steel screws from both the ocean and the Intracoastal, so factory fasteners corrode in a fraction of their inland life. We replace them with marine-grade stainless as standard practice here.
Do you rescreen old Florida rooms and porch enclosures?
All the time. Older porch conversions often mix framing systems, and we bring the spline sizes and mesh options to rescreen them properly instead of forcing a modern one-size approach.
Can you add privacy screens on a small Delray lot?
Yes — Florida Glass or dense privacy mesh on the property-line panels is the standard fix for close neighbors in Tropic Isle and Seagate, with no structural changes to the cage.
A golf ball went through my screen — do I need a whole new panel?
Just the panel, and if the mesh is young we may be able to keep it to that one. We match mesh and tension so the fixed panel is indistinguishable from its neighbors.
Do you cover Sewall’s Point and Sailfish Point?
Yes — both are regular stops. Waterfront work there gets marine-grade stainless hardware as standard, because anything less is a callback waiting to happen.
Service Area
Which areas do you cover?

Yes — we work in Jupiter’s gated and golf communities regularly, carry insurance documentation HOAs ask for, and leave job sites spotless because we would like to be let back in.
Do you work in PGA National and BallenIsles?

Do you work in Boca’s gated country club communities?
Yes — Boca West, Broken Sound, Woodfield, St Andrews and others. Certificates of insurance and vendor registration handled in advance so the gate is never the delay.
Do you work on Jupiter Island?
